Dance Journey: monthly classes
1st Sundays of the month: 11-12:30pm

Dance Journey is an Open Floor conscious dance class: We stretch and warm up, grounding into the present moment. Then we take a guided journey of free dance and exploration, and finish in meditation and community for a holistic, whole being experience.
Bring: Water bottle and your whole self!
Dress: wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring layers: shoes optional~ barefoot recommended
Classes are held at the dance studio below. Register in advance.

The Studio is located next to the old location near Cosmo Prof, and Trader Joes. Parking is in the Trader Joes back parking lot.
